2. Licence

2.1. Anatomy 360 offers 3D digital models, scans, and tutorials on its platform for artists, including but not limited to:

• Traditional artists (e.g., painters, sculptors, illustrators)
• Graphic designers
• 2D and 3D animators
• Medical illustrators
• Art students and educators
• Game developers

2.2. The licence granted for the use of the 3D scans and models is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. All materials, including the organisation and presentation of these materials on the Anatomy 360 platform, are the property of Ten24 Media LTD or its Contributors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

3.2. Users are not permitted to sell, distribute, or otherwise exploit the 3D models or scans in an unmodified form, nor use them in a manner that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of Ten24 Media LTD or its Contributors.

4. Permitted Use

4.1. The use of 3D scans and models on Anatomy 360 is permitted under the following licence types:

• Personal Use: Use for personal projects, anatomical study, or portfolio artwork.
• Educational: Use in educational settings for teaching, research, or non-commercial purposes.
• Business Commercial: Integration into artwork for-sale.

4.2. Strict No AI Clause: Under no circumstances are users allowed to use any Anatomy 360 model for training or developing AI (Artificial Intelligence) or machine learning algorithms.

5. Licence Parameters

5.1. Personal Use Licence:

• Use of the scan or model for personal projects, anatomical study, or portfolio artwork.
• Use in any non-commercial personal artwork.

5.2. Educational Licence:

• Use of the scan or model in educational settings for teaching, research, or non-commercial purposes.
• Use within promotional educational material or presentations.

5.3. Business Commercial License:

• Integration of scans into artwork for-sale.

6. Prohibited Uses

6.1. It is strictly prohibited to:

•       Extract 3D models from Anatomy 360 and sell or distribute them in any way.
  
•       Use any Anatomy 360 model or 2D image for training or developing AI (Artificial Intelligence) or machine learning algorithms.

7. Privacy

7.1. Anatomy 360 respects the privacy of personal information provided by users. Any information submitted by the user will be used solely for completing transactions, delivering products, and addressing customer service issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Users assume all responsibility and risk for using Anatomy 360 and the 3D models, scans, materials, and information available on the platform.

8.2. In no event shall Anatomy 360 or any of its affiliates, employees, or Contributors be liable for any incidental, indirect, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from the use of the application or its content.

9. Indemnification

9.1. Users agree to indemnify and hold Anatomy 360 harmless against any claims or liability arising from any breach of these terms by the user.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom without regards to conflict of laws provisions thereto.
